Always outspoken for animal welfare, in 2009 Kristin began a longstanding relationship with the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to help promote protecting the habitat and ecosystem of orphaned baby elephants in Kenya and to create awareness to stop illegal poaching for ivory. In 2019, Davis executive produced and starred in the adventure-romance film for Netflix, “Holiday in the Wild,” set against the backdrop of the elephant poaching and conservation battles in the African wilderness. Herd Elephants Organization in South Africa provided the backdrop and elephants for this endeavor. With her dedication, The Perfect World Foundation believes that Kristin Davis will continue to help lead conservation protection in the future.
In addition to her work on behalf of the elephants, Kristin Davis has supported UNHCR, The UN Refugee Agency since 2014 and was announced as a Goodwill Ambassador in April, 2017.
